With that change came the opportunity for some of the region's best and brightest real estate professionals to start a company positioned to drive growth. Apex Commercial Group is dedicated to seeing the region grow and thrive with these new opportunities. The team was composed of real estate experts from a variety of backgrounds. Representing office spaces, retail, and manufacturing locations, they are ready to make their mark on the market.
The Challenge
Although Apex had deep industry expertise and a seasoned team of professionals, they lacked a cohesive, standout brand that would distinguish them within the crowded commercial real estate space. They needed a unique identity and voice that would reflect their forward-thinking approach to set them apart from competitors in both the local and regional markets.
Research & Planning
I provided strategic direction, beginning with extensive competitor analysis and exploration of local and regional brands. This research phase laid the groundwork for a bold, modern identity that resonated with Apex's vision. From the development of the company’s name to the creation of a comprehensive brand standards manual, every detail was a result of close collaboration. The brand guide ensured consistency across all materials and provided future designers with clear direction on maintaining the brand’s integrity.
Designing the Solution
With a solid brand foundation in place, I expanded the visual identity into a full suite of marketing materials. This included a modern, user-focused website and a range of high-impact print collateral such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and sales materials. All assets were crafted to support Apex’s bold presence in the market. These key items positioned the team to confidently network, connect with clients, and most importantly, close deals.
Since their launch, Apex Commercial Group has grown rapidly, boasting over 200 listings in their first year. Their strong visual identity and professional marketing tools played a key role in enhancing visibility, credibility, and connection in a competitive market.
