Client Summary
CTC Plastics is a trailblazing company dedicated to sustainability by transforming post-industrial plastic waste into high-quality, environmentally friendly products. Their product offerings include plastic pallets, custom-molded parts, and compounded resins for injection molding. With the capacity to recycle over 100 million pounds of plastic annually, CTC plays a vital role in reducing waste and advancing eco-conscious manufacturing practices.
The Challenge
Despite its strong mission and capabilities, CTC Plastics struggled to clearly communicate its value to a broader audience. The company’s website was outdated, limiting its reach, impact, and lead generation potential. CTC needed a modern, compelling digital presence that could better showcase its expertise, attract high-quality traffic, promote thought leadership, and support e-commerce functionality to increase accessibility to its products.
Research & Planning
To address these challenges, we partnered to lead a full digital transformation. The process began with a deep dive into CTC’s core business goals, customer profiles, and competitive landscape. Through this discovery phase, we crafted a digital strategy that prioritized search optimization, user experience design, compelling storytelling, and scalable infrastructure for e-commerce growth.
Designing the Solution
I led the redesign of the CTC Plastics website with a clean, intuitive layout that clearly communicated the company’s story and services. Special attention was given to navigation, visual hierarchy, and SEO best practices to ensure discoverability and engagement. In tandem, a robust content and SEO strategy was launched to drive high-quality traffic and increase visibility within the plastics and sustainable manufacturing industries.
To future-proof the site and accommodate shifting buyer behaviors, I also initiated the development of e-commerce functionality, allowing businesses to browse and purchase CTC’s sustainable products directly online. This digital storefront was designed for ease of use, emphasizing seamless transactions and product accessibility.
Conclusion
The collaboration resulted in a major uplift in CTC Plastics’ digital presence. Organic traffic increased as the site attracted a more targeted, sustainability-conscious audience. The updated website provided clearer messaging, better visual engagement, and improved user flo, successfully positioning CTC as both a thought leader and accessible solution provider in the green manufacturing space. With e-commerce capabilities in progress, the brand is now well-equipped for future growth and market expansion.
